Refund / No‑Refund Policy

At Becky’s Junky Trunk T‑Shutz & Stuff, every product and service is created with care, preparation, and customization. Because of the hands‑on nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom‑printed items — including shirts, tumblers, chip bags, stickers, vinyl, sublimation products, and any personalized designs — are non‑refundable once production has begun.

Please review all details (names, dates, colors, design proofs) before submitting your order. Production begins immediately after approval.


Workshops & Maker Space Bookings

All workshop registrations and maker‑space bookings are non‑refundable.

  • Rescheduling is available with 24‑hour advance notice.

  • No‑shows are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

  • Seats and equipment time are reserved specifically for you, which is why cancellations cannot be refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item at no additional cost. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital downloads, templates, or design files are non‑refundable once delivered.
